Dorothy Day House of Hospitality Services
Goal of Program: In the spirit of Dorothy Day, the Youngstown Catholic Worker is a community, founded on personal relationships, committed to learning and living the gospel of love through hospitality and peaceful resistance to injustice.
Placement Type: We do not offer any live-in options for volunteers. We are looking for volunteers who are interested in serving with us during the services offered at our location. We provide evening dine-in meals Monday through Thursday evenings (4-6:30pm); Sunday meals to go from 1:30-2:30pm; and we also offer showers on Wednesdays from 12-3pm.
