Positions with Catholic Volunteer Network

Recruitment Associates

Former volunteers who love to travel and talk about their service experience are encouraged to apply for our Recruitment Associate positions. These short-term, full-time positions involve visiting colleges and universities in cities across the U.S., including Los Angeles, Chicago, Boston, New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. to promote volunteer serivce opportunities. You will have the chance to speak at student gatherings, represent Catholic Volunteer Network and all of our member programs at volunteer fairs, and answer questions from students who are discerning their call to service.

The positions run from early August through March. While not on the road, the Recruitment Associates are based in the Catholic Volunteer Network office in Takoma Park, Maryland.

Campus Recruitment Associates

Catholic Volunteer Network works with college campuses across the country to promote service. Students that are active in service can apply to be Campus Recruitment Associates. In this position, CRAs enhance their professional skills in networking, marketing strategies and communication, while executing a high-publicity campaign to give Catholic Volunteer Network a strong and visible presence on their campus. Associates will work closely with campus personnel to plan and promote activities on campus centered on long-term service options.
