Can you see yourself living in an intentional community while serving in beautiful Appalachia? Bethlehem Farm is seeking Caretakers to live on the Farm full time and delve into the gospel Cornerstones of prayer, simplicity, community, and service. Bethlehem Farm seeks to transform lives through service with the local community and the teaching of sustainable practices. Our main work in running retreats for high schoolers and college students, while leading low-income home repair worksites, and teaching sustainable practices on our Farm. No construction or farming experience needed to apply.

The beginning stipend for a Caretaker is $150 per month, with room and board, access to farm vehicles, home cooked organic (and homegrown!) meals, a mountaintop view, and more.
