St. Mary’s Community Center provides workforce development classes and public benefits counseling for adults, along with food assistance and social opportunities for senior citizens. The center also hosts a monthly eye clinic. A volunteer is needed as a center assistant, helping clients in completing applications and renewals for public benefits, assisting with job searches and resumes, organizing the monthly eye clinic, and distributing food and planning social activities for seniors.
Mercy Volunteers live in community and commit to simple living, spiritual growth, and compassionate service.
