Sojourners Fellowship Program has an unexpected opening in its 2020-21 cohort, starting immediately. The Donor Services Assistant manages over 2,000 monthly donors who are part of our Sustainers Circle program and provides online and phone assistance to all other regular donors. This fellow also helps coordinate online appeals, manages donor records in Raisers Edge, and produces various accounting reports. We seek someone who is detail-oriented, experienced with customer service, and able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
