Start: Aug 14, 2021 / End: Jun 18, 2022 / Location: San Francisco, CA

The Vincentian Mission Corps is looking for a volunteer to serve as a Case Aide with Epiphany Center. The Epiphany Center offers family treatment, residential recovery, in-home services, and a pediatric clinic. These programs enhance the physical, socio-emotional, intellectual and spiritual growth of each person in their care. The Case Aide works with the Program Director to provide case aide support to the Case Managers in doing outreach to potential clients and in making referrals to other agencies for services outlined in client treatment plans. As a Case Aide, you provide 1:1 contact with clients, supporting them with Medicare appointments, life skill appointments, as well as contacting medical professionals.

Vincentian Mission Corps members live in St. Louis in a community with 3-5 other volunteers. Our volunteers learn about Vincentian spirituality, faith, simple living, and social justice (particularly racial justice work in St. Louis). VMC members receive housing, a monthly food and living stipend, transportation, professional development, health insurance if needed, potential student loan deferment, and a $6000 Americorps Education Award upon successful completion of the program. Please contact [email protected] with any questions.

VMC is also dedicated to growing as an anti-racist organization, dismantling white supremacy, and working to build a more just society. We are looking for applicants who are interested in seriously engaging with this mission in a spirit of humility, openness, and vulnerability.-For more information and to request an application, please visit https://vincentianmissioncorps.net/volunteer/become-a-volunteer.
