Mercy Volunteers promote social change through compassionate service with communities and individuals experiencing injustice. There are opportunities to serve in professional roles in educationhealthcare, and social services. While serving in the spirit of mutuality, Mercy Volunteers live together in community, grow spiritually, and commit to a simple and sustainable lifestyle.

Mercy Volunteer Corps provides housing, transportation, monthly stipends, and health insurance during service. Additionally, most volunteers can defer student loans and many take advantage of our partnering graduate school tuition discounts. Throughout their time of service, volunteers have opportunities to grow professionally and personally. At each service site, we have a mentor to support volunteers in their professional skill development. Volunteers participate in retreats and webinars with each other throughout the year.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until the final application deadline of June 20, 2022. You can view more information about our application process and requirements on our website. Contact Andrea with any questions at andreahaller@mercyvolunteers.org or 740-200-0714.
