Come share the joy of the Gospel in Asia! We are a Catholic lay mission that serves in different regions of Asia through a diverse ministry of evangelization, faith formation, and social justice. Help others encounter Christ through Bible studies, prayer groups, holy hour – happy hour, hikes, retreats, movie nights, feeding the homeless, and simply walking with someone in need and witnessing to Christ’s mercy and love along their journey of faith. This unique 3-month program is intended to familiarize lay Catholics with the experience of missionary life in Asia. During your time in Asia, you will have the opportunity to engage in various short-term ministries with young adults, while serving as a bold and compassionate witness of your faith amidst the excitement and challenges of a foreign culture.

Participation in the Spring Mission Experience is an excellent way to discern if you are called to serve as a novice lay missionary in our year program.

We provide:
Assistance to your fundraising efforts of $5,000 USD for the 3-month program.

We also provide:
Formation program expenses (room, board, tuition, transportation, materials)
Round trip travel expenses from San Francisco to Asia
Local accommodations in Asia
Emergency & travel health insurance
Monthly stipend to cover basic cost of living expenses
Regular funding for materials & other costs associated with the ministry
Small personal stipend
3-day self-guided retreat with spiritual direction
Support for spiritual, medical and psychological needs
