• 11-month commitment. Full time service while living in intentional community.
• Program provides housing, health insurance, transportation for the year, and a monthly stipend.
• One community in two locations: Baltimore, MD and Richmond, VA
• Serve within the Bon Secours Mercy Health System, providing a ministry of presence—placements in: Clinical and Public Health (Emergency Department, Behavioral Health, Mobile Health Clinic, Inpatient Unit) Social Services (Housing and Community Development, Pastoral Care), and Education (Early Head Start, Middle School girls)
• Live in the neighborhood where you serve in radical solidarity with the poor, the suffering, and those most in need
• Be a part of an intentionally small and focused community with lots of support. 10-12 volunteers each year
• Pillars: Grow spiritually, live simply, develop community, practice God’s justice, learn through service with others.
