Course Now Available: “Formed to Accompany”

This cohort is designed to support volunteer supervisors, program leaders, and directors. Through somatic practices, coaching, and peer learning, the program offers space to strengthen resilience, deepen leadership capacity, and cultivate sustainable ways of accompanying others in their service.

The cohort will begin Thursday, April 23.

Participants will engage in six small-group sessions and two individual coaching sessions, and receive a workbook with optional reflection exercises. All sessions will take place virtually. Led by Troy Bronsink, and supported by CVN Staff.
