Description: The Program Coordinator (PC) represents Jesuit Volunteer Corps (JVC) Northwest in the communities where there are Jesuit Volunteers (JVs)/AmeriCorps (AC) members, serving as a resource and facilitator to sustain a meaningful JV/AC member experience for the local JV communities and individual JV/AC members within their region. The PC role is remote, with travel to the JVC Northwest office in Milwaukie, OR and regionally throughout Oregon and Washington. The PC has responsibilities in the selection and maintenance of ongoing relationships with partner agencies; planning and presentation of Orientation and retreats for JV/AC members; recruitment and selection of JV/AC members; site monitoring for JV/AC placements; development of local support systems for JV communities, relationship building with each locale’s community members as well as the diverse publics associated with JVC Northwest; and administrative tasks. The PC reports to the JV Program Assistant Director and works in a highly collaborative team.

Description: Bon Secours Volunteer Ministry (BSVM) is a service-focused, faith-based year of ministry for young adults aged 21-26. Our Ministry Volunteers serve full-time in Baltimore MD and Richmond MD at placements set in both clinical (at a community hospital) and non-clinical settings (middle/high school and community outreach). Volunteers commit to grow spiritually, live simply, learn through service with others, develop community, and practice God’s justice.

Feed and care for alpacas and chickens
Gather, clean and process eggs

Assist at the local farmers market
