Description: Nazareth Farm is a Catholic home repair nonprofit located in Doddridge County, West Virginia, dedicated to serving local communities while providing transformative service experiences for high school and college volunteers from across the country. Rooted in the values of prayer, community, simplicity, and service, volunteers partner with homeowners to complete meaningful home repair projects. The Construction Coordinator plays a central role in advancing this mission by overseeing community home repair efforts and supporting the care and maintenance of Nazareth Farm facilities.

Working under the general direction of and in collaboration with the Executive Director, the Construction Coordinator oversees all aspects of the home repair program, including project selection, planning, implementation, and evaluation. Responsibilities include assessing project requests, coordinating applications, prioritizing work based on need and capacity, developing project plans and cost estimates, managing timelines and materials, and ensuring successful project completion through communication with staff, homeowners, and community partners.

The Construction Coordinator supervises and develops Nazareth Farm staff in construction skills, worksite leadership, planning, and safety. Because staff members may begin with little or no home repair experience, this role requires the ability to teach with patience, compassion, and encouragement while fostering confidence and growth. The Coordinator also ensures volunteers receive proper training and safety orientation before participating in worksites.

In addition to community projects, the Construction Coordinator supports the upkeep of Nazareth Farm’s buildings, grounds, tools, and equipment through maintenance planning, purchasing, inventory management, budgeting, documentation, billing, and coordination with contractors as needed. The Coordinator serves as an active member of the Safety and Facilities Committee and helps maintain safe and efficient operations across the organization.

This position requires someone committed to the mission and values of Nazareth Farm and comfortable living and working within a Catholic community. The ideal candidate is a servant leader and self-starter with strong home repair experience, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to build positive relationships with homeowners, volunteers, staff, social service agencies, and community partners while upholding the standards of the Nazareth Farm Community Handbook.

A live-in option is available for candidates interested in residing within Nazareth Farm’s intentional community; however, living onsite is not required.

Our mission is to provide safe housing and a nurturing community for homeless pregnant women, empowering them to thrive for a lifetime. Across five homes in Maricopa County, AmeriCorps members live in intentional community alongside 4–11 moms, helping create a stable, welcoming environment.
Members spend up to a year immersed in daily life in one of our homes, supporting moms, responding to challenges, and fostering community using a trauma-informed care approach. The Communications Volunteer will be responsible for supporting the communications strategy in Peru and ensuring alignment with CMMB’s global communication priorities. This role will involve coordinating local communications efforts, contributing to content creation, and supporting the development and dissemination of informational materials across various digital platforms, including the website and social media channels.

In addition, the volunteer will assist in producing publications, visual content, and other communication assets that effectively highlight CMMB’s programs, community impact, and public health initiatives. They will also collaborate closely with team members and program staff to design and implement tailored communication plans that respond to local needs and organizational goals.

CMMB is seeking experienced volunteer oncologists to support its health programs in Africa and the Caribbean through a hybrid role. In this capacity, you will provide guidance on diagnosis, case review, and treatment planning, while also strengthening the capacity of local health teams. The primary focus is on cancers affecting women and children, alongside participation in community education, oncology care training sessions tailored to limited-resource settings, and support for early cancer detection initiatives.

This volunteer position requires flexibility and cultural competence, with the potential for in-person engagement when feasible. Description: The Rostro de Cristo (RdC) International Fellowship Program is a compensated position which offers emerging leaders and experienced professionals opportunities to offer their skills in service to vulnerable communities in the Dominican Republic and to work for justice. Fellows work with local agencies, including ASCALA (Asociación Scalabriniana al Servicio de la Movilidad Humana), a faith-based NGO in Consuelo dedicated to upholding the human rights and dignity of local immigrants. In addition, fellows support RdC’s program development in the local community.
Fellows serve full-time, preferably for a minimum one-year, alongside other RdC fellows and local partners, with opportunities for extension. Roles are tailored to the fellows’ skills and interests to serve the needs of the local community and are developed collaboratively during the first month of the fellowship. A diversity of backgrounds, skills, and experiences are welcome.
