Position Responsibilities:
• Manage donor databases, incoming donations, and gratitude to donors
• Implement Mission Appeal process, from applications to delivery of appeals
• Play a pivotal role in preparation and execution of our annual fundraising gala, including spearheading the San Damiano Servant Leadership award process
• Process invoices and purchases
• Research new donor opportunities
• Participate in regular office duties and staff meetings
• Support our event planning/execution

Description: FrancisCorps, a small Catholic, Franciscan non-profit that provides young adults, age 21 to 25 with a year-long experience of Gospel life and the Franciscan Charism through direct service, intentional Christian community, and faith formation, is seeking a Program Director (permanent/full-time). Based in Syracuse, New York, the Program Director is a vital part of this mission. Each year, the Program Director takes a leadership role in recruiting a new community of on average 5 to 7 volunteers and then walking with them during their year, managing the day-to-day operations of the FrancisCorps experience. An important part of the leadership team, the Program Director assists the Executive Director and Chaplain in the formation, mission advancement, and financial administration of the program.

The Communications Volunteer will be responsible for supporting the communications strategy in Peru and ensuring alignment with CMMB’s global communication priorities. Description: The Rostro de Cristo (RdC) International Fellowship Program is a compensated position which offers emerging leaders and experienced professionals opportunities to offer their skills in service to vulnerable communities in the Dominican Republic and to work for justice. Fellows work with local agencies, including ASCALA (Asociación Scalabriniana al Servicio de la Movilidad Humana), a faith-based NGO in Consuelo dedicated to upholding the human rights and dignity of local immigrants. In addition, fellows support RdC’s program development in the local community.
Fellows serve full-time, preferably for a minimum one-year, alongside other RdC fellows and local partners, with opportunities for extension. Roles are tailored to the fellows’ skills and interests to serve the needs of the local community and are developed collaboratively during the first month of the fellowship. Our mission is to provide safe housing and a nurturing community for homeless pregnant women, empowering them to thrive for a lifetime. Across five homes in Maricopa County, AmeriCorps members live in intentional community alongside 4–11 moms, helping create a stable, welcoming environment.
Members spend up to a year immersed in daily life in one of our homes, supporting moms, responding to challenges, and fostering community using a trauma-informed care approach. From managing household needs and resolving conflicts to mentoring and building relationships, you’ll be on the front lines of breaking cycles of poverty and Adverse Childhood Experiences (ACEs).
