Below are several common ways that colleges and universities choose to partner with the Catholic Volunteer Network. We're happy to tailor any of these options to fit your needs, or we can create something totally new. You know best what will work for your campus! If you're interested in discussing any of these options, email [email protected] or Jocelyn Sideco directly at [email protected]

1

Tabling: We'll set up shop in a high-traffic spot on campus. Interested students can speak with a CVN staff member and get a copy of our RESPONSE directory.

Have a lot of space? Host a post-grad service fair and invite multiple programs to table together. Check out our advice for hosting a successful post-grad service fair.

2

Group Activities or Social Events: Let us treat students to a meal or coffee hour. This works especially well for student groups who may already be interested in service like RAs, alternative break groups, and service-learning staff or participants.

3

Individual Meetings: Sit down with a CVN staff member to discuss available service opportunities and ways to successfully partner. We're also happy to talk with individual students who'd like additional information or help with discernment.

4

Presentations for Classes or Staff Teams: A CVN staff member can provide an overview of post-graduate, faith-based service and the resources we offer as well as answer questions. This is a great option for teams of campus staff or academic classes geared toward service.

Can't meet us in person? We're happy to adapt the above events to virtual settings. Options include webinars, video calls/info sessions, or informational phone calls. We can also mail print resources, including the RESPONSE directory.
