Celebrate 60 years of service with friends in the Chicago-land area! 

Gather together with friends and family at  Misericordia Home to celebrate the efforts of years of local community accompaniment through the commitment of CVN member programs like Misericordia Home, Amate House, the Jesuit Volunteer Corps.

CVN would like to especially acknowledge the16 year contribution of the 41 people who have served as Precious Blood Volunteers. They served in Kansas City, Chicago, the Navajo Nation, Berkeley, and San Francisco in health care, parish ministry, LGBTQ+ ministry, education, campus ministry and much more.

Precious Blood Volunteers have had a positive impact on the lives of the people they worked and walked with. They have seen their lives transformed by living in intentional community and walking with people who have been harmed by racism, poverty, violence greed, and hatred.

As the Precious Blood Volunteer Program comes to an end. we lift up the learning, the hope, and the faith that years of volunteers and staff have poured into people's lives. Let us all be encouraged by their example and witness. 

Tim Deveney will receive this award on behalf of Precious Blood Volunteers.

DETAILS

Reservation Deadline

Sponsorship reservations, payment, and your organization's logo and URL link are requested by April 30, 2024. 

*Sponsorships after this date may not have their logo included on display boards or other printed materials at the event due to printing deadlines.

Sponsorship BENEFIT DETAILS

ADVERTISING: Sponsorships include one or more months of free Web Size B advertising on the CVN website to be completed by January 1, 2025.  Sponsors may choose which month to run their ad before the expiration date. Calendar availability varies. This benefit cannot be applied to existing reservations (an organization cannot ask to be refunded for advertising that has previously been scheduled and paid). Sponsors are responsible for providing their own ad art to be submitted via email to Haley Todd at htodd@catholicvolunteernetwork.org.

EXHIBITING SPACE: Complimentary exhibiting space is offered to all sponsorship tiers. All sponsors will be offered one table in the Sponsors Hall for exhibiting brochures, standing boards, handouts, and more. We do not recommend bringing A/V equipment for your display, as there will not be proper charging equipment available for exhibitors; however, you are welcome to provide your own tablets and laptops.

Cancellation Policy

A refund of fees paid minus 25% will be made with receipt of written cancellation prior to April 30, 2024. April 30, 2024, no refunds will be made. Cancellations must be submitted via email to Haley Todd at htodd@catholicvolunteernetwork.org. Refund details will be discussed at that time. In the event that the event needs to be canceled due to public health concerns as a result of COVID-19, sponsors will be able to request a full refund of their sponsorship or transfer their sponsorship to a future CVN event.
