Goal of Program
At the Center for FaithJustice our mission is to inspire the next generation of leaders by creating programs that educate for justice in the Catholic tradition. Our programs, LeaderworX and the FaithJustice Fellowship, are rooted in the passage, "Faith without works is dead" (James 2:26). They strive to bring together faith and works. LeaderworX is a summer of service offering an integrated experience of prayer, active service, communal living, social justice education, ministry training, and leadership development. The Fellowship is a year of service opportunity that offers fellows a full time work placement with a faith-based non-profit in Central New Jersey, along with spiritual direction and professional development all while living in intentional community. Both programs allow participants to thoughtfully discern their vocation.

LeaderworX age range is 19 - 25.

Living Arrangements
LeaderworX live at CFJ's CASA retreat house; Fellows live at CFJ's St. James retreat house.
Training
LeaderworX receive ongoing training throughout summer. Fellows receive spiritual and professional support throughout the year.
Application Deadline
LeaderworX accepts applications until May 1, 2023. Fellowship accepts applications thru August 2023.
