Develop the impact our social media has on customers, donors, youth, and potential missionaries.
As part of a team, manage and monitor various social media platforms such as: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
Create and edit short-form videos while learning our internal software systems.
Collect and organize photo and video content.

The Programs & Recruitment Associate serves for 35 hours per week at the Franciscan Mission Service’s headquarters, assisting with projects essential to furthering the organization’s mission. Position Responsibilities:
Assist with the many administrative aspects of the lay mission program such as: recruitment, discernment retreats, formation courses, and international lay missioner support.
