Interviewing now for Volunteers to start June 1st, 2021. KNOM volunteer fellowship alumni talk about their year(s) in Nome as one of the most challenging and inspiring chapters of their lives — a time not only for service and professional growth, but also for discernment, a reinvigoration of faith, and finding a fresh perspective on their place within the world.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university
Must be 21 years of age
Clean Background Check
Dedicated, team-focused, flexible, and open to learning
Prior broadcasting experience is welcome but not necessary. All training is provided by KNOM. Successful applicants are hard-working, self-motivated individuals who can think on their feet and adapt to changing circumstances. Their actions show care and concern for others.
