Where did you go to school and what did you study?

  • Santa Clara University, BS in Political Science with minors in Sociology and Women’s Studies
  • The Jesuit School of Theology, Berkeley, MTS in Theological Studies
  • University California San Francisco, Clinical Pastoral Education

Where did you serve as a volunteer and what was your ministry?

  • Atlanta, GA as a Jesuit Volunteer
  • Progressive Redevelopment Inc.: Supporting community youth programs
  • AID Atlanta: Episodic Case Management and Continuous Quality Improvement programs for people identifying with HIV and/or AIDS

What is your role at CVN and what are you most looking forward to in this new position?

  • Digital Outreach Associate
  • Bringing dignity and respect into social media spaces that aren’t necessarily known for civil discourse or truth-telling
  • Sharing volunteer stories!

What motivates you?
My faith in a God whose loving presence is encouraging, challenging and contagious and desires our communities to be a reflection of the beauty and intricacy of right relationship in our natural world
