About the course:
Join this 2-day workshop (2-hours each day) to sharpen your email marketing skills and learn the latest best practices for various types of email communications. This workshop is design for beginner/intermediate level communications professionals who are responsible for planning, crafting, and executing email marketing campaigns. We will break through many email misconceptions and uncover the latest data on what works (and what doesn’t) for a variety of types of emails, including:
- One-off marketing emails
- Email workflows (automated nurturing sequences)
- Triggered confirmation emails
- Reminder emails
- Event invitations (virtual and in-person)
Course learning outcomes:
Attendees of this masterclass will come away with several examples of high-performing emails, along with a better understand of dozens of email tactics that can be utilized immediately to improve open rates, click-through rates, deliverability, etc. We’ll discuss timing, high graphics vs. low/no graphics, tone, style, and creativity. The goal of this masterclass is to help you identify the improvement areas of your email communications, arm you with ideas and tactics to make them better, and set you up for success when it comes to long-term email strategy and marketing automation. There is also opportunity for 1:1 follow up with one of the course instructors to get individualized guidance on your email marketing strategy.
