St. Gerard Campus
Goal of Program
St. Gerard Campus and Maternity Home is a safe-haven environment for pregnant teenage girls where they may have their children while attending an accredited high school. By creating a mentally well balanced young woman, with a solid academic education, she will be better able to care for herself and her child, forever breaking the poverty, abuse and welfare cycles so prevalent in this segment of society. Our program empowers these young women, prepares each with the education and life skills to live independently and succeed after graduation. We positively affect the drop-out rate. In addition to the high school, our services include on-campus licensed teaching day care center, a residence for abandoned, abused or neglected pregnant teens, a Pregnancy Crisis Center for all women and adoption services As a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization, we operate solely on donations, grants and fundraising efforts, accepting no federal funding.
