We are seeking passionate Catholics, 20-29 years old, who want to ignite the faith in Catholic youth! SPIRITUS missionaries live in community, travel to schools and parishes throughout Wisconsin, and inspire 5,000+ youth in grades 2-12 through retreats, spiritual programs, and parish-based youth ministry internships.

SPIRITUS missionaries come to Wisconsin and spend nine months on mission from mid-August to mid-May. You’ll receive one-on-one mentoring, spiritual direction, lodging, food, monthly stipend, health insurance and more. Youth Ministry Internships are also available to team members! In addition to leading retreats, Youth Ministry Interns spend time in a local parish getting hands on experience in running a youth ministry program while being guided by a mentor.

You’ll learn valuable evangelization, youth ministry and leadership skills all while deepening your faith and discerning God’s plan for your life. It’s an awesome opportunity to serve our Lord and help young Catholics grow in faith!
