Mercy Volunteers promote social change through one year of compassionate service with people experiencing injustice in education, healthcare, and social service. While serving in the spirit of mutuality, volunteers advocate for justice, grow spiritually, and live a simple lifestyle in community. Mercy Volunteers serving in Guyana, South America teach at a boys’ orphanage or technical high school, provide quality of life and social activities at a long-term care facility, or work as medical professionals at a hospital. Housing, transportation, stipends, health insurance, retreats, and mentors are provided.
Applications are accepted on a rolling basis until March 20, 2023. Learn more and start your application at mercyvolunteers.org/apply.
