Highlights of 2021: What We Did
We gathered on December 16, 2021 to share how we invested our time and resources in 2021. Look below for our key projects.
We continued to expand our conversations and programming with members about present day structural injustices and their ties to oppressive histories. We continually dedicate ourselves to pairing those discussions with action to stop our own participation in the systems of oppression. We are asking deeper questions about the sustainability of current models of service and investing time and resources to creating the conditions for dignity to be better recognized and life to thrive.
Nearly 400 participants responded. Their ideas began a multi-stage process combining human insight (sorting, ranking, agreeing on terminology) with data driven mapping techniques.

Three Sisters organizations are identifying and testing one intervention that will shift their programming to be more accessible, diverse, and relevant. Cohort runs for 2 program years.
It's Different Now: Lighting the way
We are still amidst a major process of re-thinking faith-based service. Going forward into 2022 we anticipate deeper learning and experimentation with different models of service.
